Hi Professor, for questions 13 and 14 on hw 5.1 when it has the word "or" i do not know what to do.. and also how do you solve 16 and 17 if those numbers are not on the z table? thank you

I have posted two videos below to explain these types of problems, but remember the word "or" means to add when working with probability.
