Hello Professor,
I need help solving 43 in the homework of 5.3. I also don't understand 44. For 44, I got the answer 1.03, but the correct answer is 1.30.
Please help.

Hi Christina,
I have posted a video for question 43 from the homework.
For question 44, based on the answer you found, it is clear that you have the bottom 5% not the top 5%. The question reads, "What is the ratio separating the highest (best) 5% from the rest?" You need to find the top 5% not the bottom. This means your z-score will be positive, not negative.
