Example 86:  Student loan debt for FIU graduates is normally distributed.  In 2010, the average debt for those borrowing to pay for school was $16,026 with a standard deviation of $8,623.  Find the probability that a graduate from the class of 2010 with student loans has less than $25,000 in debt.
