When doing stem and leaf plots, if there is two or more of the same number, how do you graph it?

Hi Christina,

You simply repeat the leaves as many times as you have the number in the data set. For example, the number 32 could appear three times in the data set. The stem of the number would be 3 to represent 30, and the 2 would be the leaf. The numbers would be written as 3| 2 2 2 in the diagram. We use three 2s because there are three 32s.
