QUESTION 1 of 4

Hi Professor,
On ch8-#46: You have a test stat of 1.67, and I'm getting a test stat of 1.4. I'm using the following data: n=100, p^ =0.15, pnot = 0.10, q not=0.85. I've entered the data onto calculator several ways, and still get 1.4 Test-stat.... Let me know what I'm doing wrong please. thanks

QUESTION 2 of 4

Hi professor, I am also stuck in 46 in section 8.6.

when i am finding p̂, i do not know if i do 15/100 or if its just 15.
If i use 15/100 in the formula to calculate the test statistic i get -1.40 and that is not correct? would you not do that for this problem?

thank you
